About John
John Hopkins is the CEO of the Regina & District Chamber of Commerce. He has been a Director on the Canadian Forces Liaison Council in Saskatchewan, Chaired the Board of the Regina Trades & Skills Centre for many years, sits on the Cowessess Ventures Board, the Reconciliation Regina Board, and the Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency’s Commercial Advisory Committee. Father to six children, he is passionate about the virtues of living in Saskatchewan, has a keen interest in politics, is a strong supporter of the free market system. He strongly believes that very small groups of people can effect great change. One of John’s other great passions is music. He is the rhythm guitar player for The Garage Band.
