Cozy feet in socks snuggled in front of the TV watching Netflix Christmas movies

In our books, it’s never too early to get into the holiday spirit. The most wonderful time of the year is upon us, and one of the best ways to start celebrating is to have a good old-fashioned holiday movie marathon. Luckily, Netflix is chock-full of silly, heartwarming, romantic and hilarious Christmas movies.

Netflix Christmas Movies to Add to Your List

Grab some eggnog, sugar cookies and a cozy blanket and get ready for a cozy night in with these Netflix Christmas movies:

1. Love Hard

Featuring Nina Dobrev as the protagonist, “Love Hard” is a must-watch Netflix gem this holiday season. The movie tells the story of a young, single woman who travels across the country to meet an online match, only to find out that she had been completely catfished. Hilarity and holiday fun ensues.

2. Holidate

Starring Emma Roberts and Australian hunk Luke Bracey, “Holidate” will have you rolling on the floor laughing. The movie follows the pair as they pretend to be dating for each holiday throughout the year so their family members will stop pestering them about their single status. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry and you’ll most likely enjoy staring at Luke Bracey and Emma Roberts for an hour and 45 minutes.

3. The Princess Switch

Looking for the perfect silly, mindless and hilarious romantic comedy? Look no further than “The Princess Switch” featuring Vanessa Hudgens and, well, Vanessa Hudgens. Taking notes from “The Lizzie McGuire Movie” and “The Parent Trap”, the movie follows two women who switch places after discovering they look exactly like each other, all just one week away from Christmas. What more could you want from a Netflix Christmas movie?

4. Let It Snow

Based on the book by John Green (the author of “Fault In Our Stars”) and featuring Kiernan Shipka of “Mad Men”, Let It Snow follows a group of high school students during a snowstorm in a small midwestern town. As you can imagine, comedy, romance and touching moments are a-plenty, so if you’re in the mood to feel some feelings, this Netflix Christmas movie is for you.

5. The Knight Before Christmas

Released in 2019, the Knight Before Christmas is another silly yet heartwarming holiday classic. Also starring Vanessa Hudgens (we’re sensing a theme here), this movie tells the tale of a medieval knight who time travels to the present day, where he falls in love with a down-on-her-luck science teacher.
