The Regina Holiday Gift Guide by Karyn Kimberley

Come along with me on a merry and bright journey with this Regina Holiday Gifting Guide!

I begin my day with a hearty plant-based breakfast at Brain Snacks and pick up Tropeaka Superfood and Protein powders for my partner’s stocking.

Then it’s H&M at the Cornwall Centre. I pick up cozy knits for the whole family, festive pj’s for my mini, and flannel shirts for the boys.

Lush, for bright bath bombs, yummy lotions and silly shower jelly in the most brilliant shades and prettiest scents. These are perfect for the children in our family. At Foursight Supply, I choose a sophisticated Brixton beret and classic Ray-Ban sunnies for my sister-in-law.

Sephora boasts the best holiday sets each year, so I stock up on the limited edition Nars Orgasm Blush & Lip ultimate set, Drunk Elephant Glowy The Night Kit, and several tubes of the highly-praised KORA Organics Turmeric Brightening Mask for all my beauty-obsessed friends.

Swank Shoe Lounge is consistently full of the prettiest shoes and accessories. I’d take one of each, if I could. I did narrow it down to a Lack Of Color boater hat for my stylish bestie and ankle boots for me — again, self-gifting.

Next, I visit Uforia Muse where I purchase the coveted Elderidge plaid jacket from BB Dakota in the prettiest moss shade for my ever-stylish Mom. Her gift isn’t complete however without a gift card for a day of relaxation at Just For You Day Spa.  I pick up an additional one for my son’s teacher along with some heavenly scented body butter.

Local Barre gift cards for my fit friends, and once at The Alternative, I select clean-living items including Goldilocks beeswax food wraps, and Stasher bags for all the conscious-minded people on my list.

Shopping and walking has left me ready for a caffeine kick, so I sit and sip with parcels resting near at The Everyday Kitchen. Their sourdough donuts stole our hearts, so I asked them to box up a dozen for my family to take back to Saskatoon.

While enjoying this sun-filled spot, I hop online to finish up the last of my shopping list before retiring to a peaceful sleep at the Hotel Saskatchewan. I find the prettiest gold necklaces from Jewelry by Hannah Lynn and jewel-adorned headbands from Philocaly. I place an order for the most loved Glacier Salt Soak from Northlore; it’s richly scented with a blend of cedarwood, wintergreen and lavender essential oils — perfect for all on a wintry night. Lastly, I order some cheeky The Bee & The Fox tees from GreatFull as a gentle reminder to my loved ones of the strength and softness they carry.
