The sun is shining, birds are singing, and flowers are blooming. May in Saskatoon is all about slowing down and smelling the roses… or more likely, tulips. This month, we are taking time to breathe and discover the city with our four senses. Bring on the May activities in Saskatoon!

Time to shake off the cold weather stillness and get your blood flowing. A trip to Pura Vida Yoga Loft is exactly what the doctor ordered. Pura Vida Yoga Loft is located in the eclectic Riversdale District and offers an assortment of different classes and massages! If you are not ready to attend classes in person, do not despair. Pura Vida Yoga offers many of their classes online.

Savour globally inspired food and fine spirits

Ayden Kitchen and Bar is a wonderful place to slow down and let your senses take over. Enjoy globally inspired food made with homegrown ingredients. Although the menu changes with the seasons, they do have some staples you can rely on. One of my favourites is the beef tartare. No trip to Ayden Kitchen and bar is complete without one of their cocktail creations.

Warm your soul 15 minutes out of town at Black Fox Farm and Distillery. Black Fox Farm and Distillery released their award-winning whiskey in late 2020 and are now offering a Whisky Tasting Experience. Book a time and discover why their three new spirits are getting noticed worldwide.
